We have been working largely on the GLA warmer homes scheme improving hundreds of homes across London. For this scheme we are supplying Retrofit co-ordinator services. We are producing whole house plans for the properties and then specifying the work for the installers and ensuring it is carried out to the correct standard.
Any house can have the energy performance improved and this is particularly true when you are carrying out new building projects. We offer a fabric first approach, this means we work to reduce the energy demands of the house first and then look at the way heat and power are applied to the building.
