He is a trained Parity Home Energy Masterplan surveyor and holds a Retrofit co-ordinator diploma with the Retrofit Academy. Alex co-ordinates the projects, brings together the team, oversees the design with the customer and any architect and sets up and monitors project timetables and costs.

We are working with skilled building teams developing their green building skills. We are monitoring their onsite care and diligence and Alex is helping train them to use new materials and new methods. So far they have particularly enjoyed the green roofs, and are looking forward to spring and the new wildflowers.

    Hi!

My name is Kim, I am looking for a EPC assessment of our newly renovated house in E5 8AG, as we are applying for the BUS scheme for our new heat pump install. I found your contact information on the goverment website for EPCs, is this something you can help us with?

I think our house is an interesting project, very much in line with your “Make retrofit sexy”-slogan. It’s a large Victorian terrace 200 sqm where I believe between envelope upgrades and heating system upgrades including a 5-6 COP heat pump install, we have cut the carbon footprint of heating the house to less than 10% of what it was previously.

    Kind regards,
    Kim
